has been established for users who require wide area coverage
over many sites as well as Hutchison coverage. (typically Area
Directors) The MTEL_WBB has an associated network of Hutchison.
Pager Clients with a network of
MTEL_WBB will get messages in the greater Hutchison
coverage areas (typically costal towns) and the picocells below.
This configuration is typically well suited to regions very
close to the Hutchison Metropolitan coverage.
