Note the name change of the exec. Previous version
was MTELServeTCP (it was hard coded to run TCP) this version is MTELServe
and will look for a registry entry.
Added COMM_TYPE to
registry. Valid settings are SERIAL and
TCP (case sensitive).
Server will use either SERIAL port or TCP port on
this setting. Any value other than SERIAL is considered TCP. The default if
the value is missing is TCP.
If SERIAL is selected the banner will display
In the settings tab it will show the Com Port
settings

Fixed PET Protocol for MobileNET

Added logging on the PET start up.
Changed PET to return to PET CR on a NAK or Unknown
response. Mobilenet and Hutchison unable to handle previous
conditions.

This is the first MTELQueue release for the new
MTELPage 2013 due for release in November 2013.
This version is not compatible
with MTELPage V3.50 (357) or lower revision for sending messages to the MDS.
