Downloading the MTEL Connect APP

for iOS users (iPhone) :

1. Check with Firecom Centre that your mobile is registered with MTEL for operation.
2. Go to App Store.
3. Search for MTEL Connect and install.
4. Start the App and follow the registration process.
5. Send an available response to check the mobile validation.

 

for Android users (non iPhone etc) :

1. Check with Firecom Centre that your mobile is registered with MTEL for operation.
2. Go to Google Play.
3. Search for MTEL Connect and install.
4. Start the App and follow the registration process.
5. Send an available response to check the mobile validation.

 

Resetting the android app:

Android users don't have to reinstall the APP. Users can reset the APP by following these instructions. Here

 

Reinstalling the android version:

If the APP is not available on the Google Play store you can down load it from the link below.

When you download the link below, your mobile will ask you if you trust the website. Simply click yes and follow the remaining questions.
