Sending messages:

Sending a message requires three distinct steps.

•     Select a client

•     Enter a message

•     Send the message

Simple enough, however each step has multiple methods to achieve that task. For example to select a client the following methods can be used;

Select a client:

•     Click on a client in the list.

•     Click on a group of clients.

•     Use list sort to find and select a client.

•     Manually enter a number and message.

•     Resend the last message.

•     Select an adhoc group of clients.

•     Resend from History.

A message can be entered in the following methods;

Enter a message:

•     Type in a text message.

•     Send a canned message.

•     Send one of the last 20 messages sent.

Finally a message can be sent by the following methods;

Send a message:

•     Send immediately.

•     Book the message.

•     Periodical Book the message.

Once the messages have been sent, the progress can be monitored in real time in a queue.
